This is also the time for us to explore the scope of your project, its estimated timeline, your desired investment, and what it will take to achieve your design goals.

The next step is we begin with a 90-minute value packed visit to your home to get a closer look, assess the space, and give guidance on what you need—from a professional’s point of view. You’ll receive insights on how to achieve the vision for your space.
We’ll define what your needs are, determine the scope of work, and provide a road map of valuable recommendations for your home. After we’ve discussed and agreed on the design scope and fees, you’ll be invited to sign our letter of agreement…and the fun begins!
THE DESIGN CONCEPT
This step in the process is streamlined to clarify your vision and organize a plan that helps you make the best decisions for your home. During this phase, we explore, brainstorm, and learn everything about you. The goal is to see the space through your eyes.
It includes discussing the project in detail, documenting, and identifying your style preferences and ideas, followed by measurements and additional photos.
Your design concept may include some of the following items to help clarify your vision: Space/ floor plans, digital room views and elevations, style boards, product research, materials samples, furniture sourcing for visuals, furniture selection boards, color, paint, wallpaper selections, and custom window treatments styles.
Once these decisions are made, we’ll work to make every step simple, transparent, and seamless…and take the stress off of you!
THE ACTION BEGINS
This is the step where we work to bring the design concept into reality. Once we have received your approval on all selections, we will finalize product pricing, present purchase orders, and receive your deposit/full payment on the approved products.
You won’t see much during this phase, but A LOT is happening behind the scenes. We’ll place orders for your approved selections, communicate with vendors and suppliers, track shipments, resolve any back order issues, and manage deliveries.
Want to know what the best part is? You won’t have to lift a finger! During this stage, final touches are made to make sure you are completed satisfied. After everything is complete, you will be able to see the new style and improvements to your home. Now it’s time for celebrating!
